Because ive kept track. (in a couple of ways) There have been plenty of packs available to complete the set and in 2 days when more Double Dungeon packs are available you will see more Lamars posted/sold. And its not 1400 thats just a little over what it actually cost.

None of this can be accurate information. I ran the statistics last week in a post, and again unless EA has made some drastic changes to the amount of packs you can buy, it's still impossible to acquire Lamar organically.
Here is how many packs it takes to complete the set organically:
- Solo Diver Packs (100xp / pack): 826
- Dungeon Diver Packs (500xp / pack): 166
- Double Dungeon Packs (1500xp / pack): 55
So again, it is still not possible unless people have figured out some other way that I'm not aware of.

maybe you missed some packs because its def possible. According to your math... how close could one be from completing the set then?
DevaStayshuss said:"Why pay hundreds of dollars for something with a 3 week shelf life?"
The goal is usually to sell before the price drops, collecting the coins and continuing on with he game. Using the coins in the AH to make more coins. Most people who have huge coin stacks who buy packs know this. I guess there are some who see this card as an end game Qb1... All i see is 10 m coins
Even if you want to spend hours slaving away on the auction house, you have at most a 12 month shelf life on your investments, still not worth the hundreds and thousands of dollars they expect you to spend!

Yeah i dont worry about other peoples money. I just help educate people about coins.

There's only 3 types of packs that count towards the progress of that particular pass.
Right now from what i've gathered, you could maybe be halfway done with that progress if you've bought the maximum amount of every pack allowed so far? Certainly not close to finishing the pass because I think you could only be at 15 out of the 55 double dungeon packs required.

You serious? People have already completed it. And even more today. Its not up for debate

So, how have they completed it? Because I can tell you with 100% certainty they did not do it via opening packs.
There have been 15 total Lamar's that have sold, and I'm guessing 5 of those are people re-selling the original 10 that were placed on the AH.
if you can show me an example of someone having completed the pass and saying how they did it, I would love to know.

I could show you that im 5,080XP to the final level 20. Just a few more and there even available. AND thats not buying all the packs.

I think if you are going to have things that cost extra it should not be players leaning into a pay to win it should only be for jerseys and gear kind of like Fortnite skins. No advantage at all from it .
I do think you thought on pricing going way up is off though there is a price point people will not go past. And people just wouldn’t buy games in the masses if you raise the price to high.
It was an exaggeration, but if the game was free, you can bet that you would see much more creative ways to get you to spend more money and there would be a lot less free cards.
the fact that hes not available is good news - if people aren’t buying the pass EA will pull the plug.
I’m not pressed if someone makes the decision for themselves to buy it, but too many people have gambling addictions for this to be anything other than predatory
