Re: QB Releases

The chart that I’ve seen was from MUT24, I believe it was done early on in the game. It was updated and only shows testing of all releases in 24.

I believe Brady had Trad 1 or Trad 2 release in MUT23, he normally doesn’t get the best release in MUT.
potatoplays7893 said:I’m just going off of what I’ve heard but that chart was for older maddens but they redid QB releases this year. I think this is slightly confirmed by the Tom Brady card as in the past he’s had one of the Slingers.
Re: Hutch is the best DE in-game, right?

Ok thanks for clarifying, I definitely heard that differently when I read your post.
phatalerror said:“Automatic“ meaning unearned, like all X-Factors started out at the beginning of the year. And, yes, I know that it cancels Omaha. What I meant was that I wished it canceled only Omaha. Then I would be fine with it.
Re: QB Releases

I wish we had some actual testing numbers to compare the releases.
rompcrew3601 said:Imo trad 2 is the fastest /best but others might say trad 4 .
Re: Hutch is the best DE in-game, right?

I don’t know what you mean by “automatic” but Hutch’s Momentum Shift does cancel out Omaha.

There is not a player that gets Omaha as a passive ability that I know of.
phatalerror said:I just went up against a guy that had Persistent on Hutchinson. While he wasn't good enough to stick around through an allowed touchdown, a sack, and a pick returned to his 30, he did the very thing with Hutch that I was concerned about. It's not really possible to count on most X-factors at all.
I don't understand why EA thought 0 AP automatic Momentum Shift was a good idea. It's terrible for the game. (Now if it only canceled automatic Omaha, I'd be fine with that.)

Because he’s an LTD. LTD’s normally won’t go into sets.
googanaba said:Why would he not?

Thank you for this.

Re: Defensive Rally/PR Points Testing

I have never tried equipping the ability twice on the same player. I may have to give this a shot and see if it actually stacks on the same player.
motharula said:So technically, for MUT purposes, if you have one player with defensive rally twice. It should restore 2 points correct?
Re: Defensive Rally/PR Points Testing

Yes sir, you get it.
Geega444 said:Good analysis. I’ve always wondered how PR pts and Blocker Resistance interacted, if at all.
im using charge up blitz and one d rally and I get good pressure.
my assumption is PR pts determine the number of “shed attempts” remaining for a given play, while resistance affects win rate/shedding speed
