But i cant find it anymore... So, when i dont want to waste Chem Slots for my Theme Team... Is it possible to activate Defensive Rally only with subbing them in on 3rd and 4th downs? Lined up only in the Pass Rushing Slots? This should work or i´m wrong?
Re: I pulled Gilly Lock!
Re: Red tornado plus four guards =hateful messages

Looks like you just have to start figuring out how to play defense now.
swatthatdot said:
I think i've got the run game figure out too, my most recent game, zoom in. 33 carries for 509 yards with CJ2K who is the best running back in the game. I've tried others but he's the best by far with human joystick.
Re: Mark Brunell vs. Steve Young

I might try it on Brunell this weekend and see how it goes. Thanks man!
Martyr1968 said:You should try it in practice mode or something. See if it pops for you....I was not a believer at beginning of the season but I have seen a lot of throws made that would normally have been affected by pressure
Re: Mark Brunell vs. Steve Young

I don’t think I’ve used Fearless on anyone. I normally only put minimal abilities on my QB. I like to spread the AP around to everyone and try to play a balanced game.
Martyr1968 said:Have you tried fearless at all? It makes a huge difference sometimes. I get perfect passes when a guy is hanging on me , that extra fraction of time makes a difference.
Except on Daniel Jones LOL. His under pressure trait is oblivious , so if he gets the ball out with someone within a pubic hair of him, he doesn't flinch...but it also means that you don't get any feedback on your controller if you are about to get sacked LOL
Re: Mark Brunell vs. Steve Young

I haven’t used Fearless on anybody so I think I’m just used to the pressure.

I leave the pocket a lot to try to get around some of the pass rush but otherwise I’m assigning RB or TE blocks based on the Defense to get a little time.
TraeSkywalker said:Are You having any issues not Using Fearless on young?
Re: Mark Brunell vs. Steve Young

I’m fine without HRM, I just don’t want to invest 3AP into Gunslinger on him. I might try it if he gets cheap enough in a week or two. I don’t run much with my QB but it could be fun for a minute.
LLLAAAAMMMMMAAAARRRR said:I’ve used Lamar’s aka (duh)
Hes the best running b and whit his special truzz X factor it’s crazy
but passing… you have to use fearless or he’s unusable also gs is mandatory so sadly u can’t use hrm but if your ok without it hes pretty good
Re: Mark Brunell vs. Steve Young

Young seems to be throwing bombs deep as well. I don’t think I will be going back Let It Rip, Sprinter has been WAY too good for me.
stinkybananas said:Im just using brunell with let it rip because hes free and he has 99 thp and 99 DAC so he can just absolutely bomb it deep
Re: Mark Brunell vs. Steve Young

Thanks man, I appreciate the opinion. HRM isn’t a necessity for me so I think I roll with Young for a while and see how it goes.
Gent said:If you're not running HRM, I'd say Young is better simply because Slinger 3 is arguably just as good as Silnger 1 overall (especially Slinger 3 with Gunslinger). Slinger 1 is better short, they're about equal on medium, and Slinger 3 is better deep.
I'm using Brunell and absolutely love him, but I also really liked Young and if not for me wanting to use HRM (and also being a fan of Brunell when I was a kid), I would most likely have stayed with Young.
Re: Mark Brunell vs. Steve Young

Thanks for the input, I think I will stick with young for a while and see how it goes.
wkward83 said:I had young and switched to Brunell , Brunell has been better for me , but young is still pretty dang good.
Re: Mark Brunell vs. Steve Young

Thanks for that info. I’m going to stick with Young for a while then.
sensicough said:From what I’m hearing stick with Young or Brunell. I haven’t tried Lamar yet but hearing all kinds of horror stories about under pressure inaccuracies. Some who dropped Brunell after 24 hours for Lamar are already coming back to Brunell.
