I definitely feel like it's one of those "only use when free" abilities as it seems like it does light up, but not enough to warrant any AP on it. Same goes for Speedster. I ran it on Cameron Wake by itself and while it would light up and get me pressure occasionally, it definitely isn't something I would've spent AP on.

<p>Agreed, it really helps more if you use Nasty Streak so they get to the second level before the RB.
