I get it, as a ravens fan you know you're guy inside and out. I'm not saying Allen or Lamar is going to win,it's just alot tighter race than some may think. I'm a giants fan to the core, but I also have personal favorite players i root for, and Lamar and Allen are at the top of the list. Both were told there not good enough to be successful, granted there 1st round QBs,but weren't really given a shot to succeed by many. I love how both proved a lot of people wrong and they both go about it the right way, both are phenomenal QBs and it sucks only 1 can win..even though Peyton and McNair spit it in early 2000's

i agree. im not saying allen didnt have a great season. i also love allen as a person, he is such a great guy and i wish him success. but it really pisses me off when some media say Lamar needs to step up when they lose in the playoffs, but with Allen he is at a coaching disadvantage. they have always thrown shots at lamar say he isnt good enough, and im tired of it.

I watched a video after the Bills game that shuts down your scheme-dependent argument. I will spare you the 50 minutes but the routes he has to throw to are so bad. that first touchdown was Bateman running to an open spot because no one was open, the routes were stop routes and a HB flat. most of the other plays are 3 deeps routes that don't have 10 yards of separation and a checkdown. he is definitely not scheme-dependent, his is making all the plays himself (mostly)

To be fair it also was a stat that came out that average wr separation Josh's wrs had some of the worse all year while Lamar's had some of the best

Do we think Lamar is going to win mvp and if he does do they drop his card after the Super Bowl?

I think he will, either him or Josh. Kinda wish burrow would win but his team wasn’t the best 😶

while i do agree lamar has better WRs, its not like Lamar has Chase, Lamb, and Jefferson and Allen has nobodies off the street. and that stat is true, Lamar and Bateman are finally on the same page and can connect when he gets open. Bateman has been top 10 in separation but never got the ball or was injuried

That's fair but also saying that josh has a top5 te group and lamar doesn't it wild. Likely/Andrew's had double the yards and 4x the tds that kincaid and Knox combined for

I hope it is someone who's team is still in contention for the Super Bowl!

MVP of the League for a team that is on vacation seems worthless.

They vote at the end of the regular season

lamar 100% does, its arguably the best. but Allen has a nice vet that he has thrown to for years and a younger guy that is great, both groups are very similar (not skill wise, but background wise if you know what I mean)

I love Allen and wish him success in his career, but this year he wont get the MVP. Doesn't help that he lost to the Ravens and Texans when Lamar made them look like a Pee-wee team lol. Yes Lamar does have better weapons but its not by the margin people think, it does also help that both Allen and Lamar can elevate the team around him.

very, very slim chance he gets it

A very quick google search which yields Josh Allen is a HEAVY favorite at -450 to win mvp will show you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about  lol

unless the voters had a quick change in heart I don't think he gets it, Lamar beat him H2H and almost every QB named MVP was first team all-pro as well.

Lamar does get IMO some unfair criticism from some media members. Guy is a phenomenal talent and hopefully him and Allen can get a Superbowl b4 they retire, which thankfully won't be for quite awhile. As long as it isn't against my giants, which by the looks of things may be a long, long time b4 that happens..lol

Exactly, both are great players and i have no doubt they will each get one ring atleast. and can yall please go back to the dynasty killing Giants? Yall stopped the 9ers on their way to a 3 peat and beat the pats team twice. need to see y'all take down Mahomes and the refs now lol

yeah true

how is Lamar not even close to Allen?

Allen is twice the qb Lamar is period. Lamar should move to rb.

4k passing yards, highest passer rating out of every QB this season, 41 passing TDs. Allen had 12 rushing touchdowns compared to Lamar's 4 and you wanna call him a running back. say you don't watch football without saying you don't watch football.

Lamar destroyed the Texans defense and Allen got humiliated by them, he was 9/27. Ravens with a bottom 5 defense held Allen and the Bills offense to only 10 points. Allen had more INTs than Lamar this season, less passing yards, and rushing yards. Lamar beats him in all that and more with less dropbacks than Allen. Allen had more scrambles than Lamar.

Lamar owns Josh Allen
