Play goal line until they have to pass. Then user rush with the DT getting single blocked. I forced 2 fumbles and had no issues.

Look in the different field passes for objectives. They are limited though. I'm stuck at level 19 until the weeklies reset or we get a new promo.

Try messing with the formation subs on the play select screen. I know OLB flip works in CFB, but I think it's DE flip in Madden.

Try changing the playbooks to the ones you want in the main menu. This worked for me 2 years ago when I got the same bug.
