Great info here. I had to manually look at all my players yesterday when re-applying the AP. Also, the abilities only cost 5 training in these buckets.

Sometimes non-training upgradable players change to upgrading with coins later on. I'm not sure on the Stocking Stuffers though.

There is also a field pass reward every season. Also, playing the Nike rivalry solos will get you some more as well. Though I don't think there are Eagles Nike…
Do the Stocking Stuffer boosts also go away on the 8th?
Was thinking about picking up J.Brown for the Niners TT just for the motivator boosts. I just don't want to waste snow/coin if they disappear.
