I use the training camp - basic drills - end zone td territory solo. The defense is so slow you can pretty much get a 75 yard TD every time.

Quickdraw will result in less sacks. Though I would only use it combined with fearless. It's pretty good late in MUT season when they are both cheap AP wise.
