In most cases, they basically need to boost the all the stats by +1 so they keep up with the content that’s out by the time you can earn them. It’s not as important early in the year, but it’s extremely important when we get a ton of content during the holidays.

<p>Yeah with them not releasing TD and MF coming up, I think hell be a B tier FS. Currently an A tier as he compares with Rod.
