<p>They're not broken for some i can 100% confirm this at level 1 and at level 37 but anything above that strong chance you won't have them until season 2 starts</p>

<p>I just want to be able to get to Level 57 for the damn thing WITHOUT having to play online and with Solo battles being down for 7 days not i won't be able to as will many.</p>
