FT only works on running plays, while angry runs works for running plays, returns, and yards after the catch.  Very seldom does the first interaction w/ a defender warrant a spin or juke, and the game seems to poorly recognize this as an "interaction" as players still break contact w/ angry runs after a successful spin or juke.

If the player is the exact same and the AP cost is the exact same, I would choose angry runs 10 of 10 times.
