<p>Would def go with Madabeast over Hutch. Hutch is a great player, but Madabeast beats him basically everywhere and has that nice Unstoppable Force X-Factor that starts on.</p>

As to why they would do it, have you ever considered that they're incompetent at their jobs? Nothing they do makes any sense. They only care about cents $$$. I'm pretty sure they've done this before if not for TOTW then another promo.
