Me personally, I run Nickel 4-2-5, tho I'm going to switch to 3-3-5 soon. 

2nd Question: Does anyone use LBs as users or do you all use safeties?

I alternate each Madden (for whatever reason) but I use LBs, and that's part of the reason I want to switch to 3-3, so I can have more LBs on the field (and they all have lurker)
