<p>You need 2 TFLs or sacks with him to activate it which i believe is easier in EA’s opinion than basic avalanche which i believe is making a bunch of hit stick tackles hence why it is 2 AP</p>

You have to make the sets before those dates to get the Strat cards. The champions strat cards wont work once a new strat card comes out for another promo, but Deions will. i hope this helps.
