I use two Sub LBs in BNOG/4-2-5 - either one can be my user depending on the play. Right now I'm using Calvin and Pola-Mao. I've used Gronk, Hamilton, ST, Derwin, and probably some others I'm forgetting. Barr looks decent but low accel, pursuit, and man make me hesitant. Jimmy G has real bad cod so I haven't given him much consideration.
I think I'd put them roughly in this order:
- Calvin
- Pola
- Hamilton
- ST (not sure without the boosts though)
- Gronk
- Derwin
Despite the solid stats, Gronk felt kinda clunky. I don't know if it's the new "Running Style" trait (that EA has done a shit job communicating, imo) or what, but some cards look really good but don't play well for me.
Anyway, don't want to turn into that dude who writes a novel for every post... Of your two choices, Barr seems like the winner based on cod alone.

Rod Woodson is the best corner out of the three, stats don't matter. Rod Woodson will just play better. Ronde is second best because of the boost to 95ovr and Hall is the best zone corner.
