If my opponent has a bunch of safeties on the field, I'm going to run much more frequently than I'll pass. There's a good chance they don't know enough about football to understand that I'm not spamming runs, but rather, I'm taking advantage of their personnel limitations. We can't control the AI being unintelligent. We can control the rosters, though.
