We need a new match making system.

Some of y’all aren’t understanding that a 1/10 isn’t a bad thing. Just means you’re a try hard and this would separate you from the people who don’t go great lengths to be ultra competitive. If you want to come out and use advanced tactics there should be a spot for you to do so.

 I personally don’t think it’s funny that at any given point I can load into a game and play a professional Madden player, and anyone that thinks that’s a good thing probably eats too many crayons.

So should the raiders have just forfeited every game this year. My high school team sucked but we still gave it out all every game and didn't go around saying the reason we sucked was because all the others teams were running glitch plays and exploits.

What was the high school football exploit glitch? The bigger faster stronger players? Oh weird, idk what foreign country you play in but here they have divisions so the smaller schools play the smaller schools. Now take your 1/10 rating and go sit in your sandbox with your 1/10 friends.

The exploit was they just outplayed us plain and simple. There are no exploits or glitches in madden that cant be countered. The only reason you lose is because the other people are better than you. That's a fact and nothing to argue about. Join a league with other old out of touch people if youre into hitting x and letting the cpu do everything for you. Stay out of h2h where the big dawgs play in the meantime though...

You just need an algorithm that filters players who repeatedly call the same plays, or plays out of the same formation, even when the opponent's personnel dictate that a football coach would do otherwise. Let the stretch-run-spamming, RPO-spamming, Bunch X-spamming, Mid-Blitz-spamming freaks beat each other over the heads, and for those players that can call a game claiming to represent football like it's actually a football game, they can play a version of this game that would actually be enjoyable.

There are probably a handful of other cheesy things that happen that would be hard to build an algorithm around, but this first approach would get rid of a lot of the chumps that make so many games a negative-play experience.

Here’s an idea, don’t do stuff that gets you a 1/10 rating since you’d rather pick on low hanging fruit than play your level of comp.

I hate playing people who suck. I love seeing new cheese, recording it and breaking it down later. Love seeing guys run the same plays well and figuring out how to stop it. It's fun and challenging, bring me all of the great cheese. How boring of a life do you have to have to want to just hit x and let the computer do everything for you instead of getting better at the game?

1/10 rating for that analysis. Who said these people play offline? they just want an area for them to play against people like them and not people like you. If you love it so much then this would be good for you because youd never have to worry about a bad opponent ever again. So everyone wins

Why do you think you can speak for anyone what a bad opponent is? Someone who you can potentially lose to?

I mean i guess i was trying to make the point you all were soft not that i wouldn't like it. You all have just accepted in life that your gonna be back up jv running back and refuse to try and get better. Fine with playing jv games on thursdays instead of varsity on friday with the good players. I just don't understand it and could never resign myself to not TRYING to be the best at what i do.

Well the 1/10 rating would be based on if the match was enjoyable. Not how good or bad someone was, if someone is putting bta and then hops on the mic and starts giving advice they’d probably get a 10/10. But when people are corny they get 1/10 and go play against other corny people. 

I’m just saying give everyone their own sandbox. This shit needs an overhaul, why am I, a casual player that plays twice a week, in veteran division loading into my Super Bowl vs a madden pro

1/10 on your assessment is all I’m saying. Nobody said we didn’t want to get better. We just don’t want to play like you. Your irl analogy is terrible. I never put on my pads at any level and saw a current professional football player on the other sideline
