Curious on if anyone is actually using any as there starters? Im gonna try out Tolbert and McCoy for the hell of it. Before these cards were loaded with xfactor abilities that Tolbert card was actually pretty dam good.

i'm using te'o cause they shafted bobby wagner this year.

i put run stopper (bowling ball) on him. he's good stand alone linebacker, there's better users but as a cheap guy to have he's good.

Because they’re free. With how little offensive lineman get vanguard if two of five offensive lineman get it and are free then other vanguard lineman won’t be worth as much and they wont get as many people buying packs to pull vanguard lineman.
For a tight end you would want vanguard but truzz is also pretty important on skill positions, and getting angry runs or yac em up is also really nice. On a lineman the only xfactor you need is vanguard. It’s their way of always keeping free cards just below what are considered great cards or even starters on most teams so that people spend more.

Forget X-Factors how about just giving the Kicker and Punter discounted abilities? It's disgraceful yet typical EA to go ALL YEAR and forget to give 2 Team Captains discounted abilities. I'm sure plenty of people are using these to get to 99 overall as well it's ridiculous they got forgotten
