Yeah. I don’t feel like a big spender by having Jim Thorpe at Kicker. That card was end-game, and the 32-team chems capacity made it easy to boost him to 99 OVR. Jason Elam only makes my No-Coins-Spent 99 OVR Lineup.

Elam is still not playable as his AP cost is still too high.  What gives?
