Well i do figure it out, and if i wanted to cheese all day I could, I'm a programmer, I literally find glitches and holes to make a living lol, but I think that's lame and ruins the game. Good luck with that though.

Yea it's something that took me a bit to develop but it's very good for creating confusion. I literally have people quit against me all the time after 1 4 and out because it's just so hard to play against lol and nobody ever says It's cheese just a pain in the ass to complete a pass

I LOVE this idea. Hopefully this gets more traction and EA seriously considers implementing something like this because I am sick and tired of playing the same one play, hot routed all game. It’s boring, and no it’s not real football - and I get it’s a video game, but come on if you want that arcadey stuff go play blitz or nfl street. It’s not any fun when 9/10 games I’m playing dudes trying to take advantage of broken mechanics. Awesome stuff making top 100 man, I would definitely check out your twitch/YouTube if you want to get into making content.

Already got a couple videos up today! The hot routing is a MUST fix by Madden 27, the only people that like it are ones who can't truly scheme the way it's done in football, which is not on the fly, it's in the film room and in the playbook, things like AWR and PRC are stats that represent film study, and obviously you have the playbooks there in plain sight. I love hearing "well it's a video game". It's the only football video game left, and John Madden ONLY agreed to put his name on it if it would teach kids about real football. I'm pretty sure if he was alive he'd watch 1 MCS tourney and go "wtf is this this is not what I agreed to put my name on". He could give a shit if adults wanted to "game", it's about the kids learning. I'm old enough to actually say I learned a lot about the west coast offense at a very young age thanks to madden. I played QB my whole life through high school and when I got to HS and we were running a pro style offense it was easy to pick up on just because of playing Madden.

I agree man, I’ve played and am a huge fan of the sport - that’s why I play the game. Hopefully when my sons old enough to play ball, Madden might be able to teach him something (doubt it). Anyways, great ideas you have there! keep pushing them on your EA buddy lol.

You’re boring me. Won’t be getting a game from me with that lame attempt. I literally won 2  legend super bowls in 2 hrs yesterday which is 750k coins, but I have to grind events all day? Bruh I don’t got some god squad, u clearly just mad that you suck at the game 😂 good luck finding someone to play with you. Nobody wants to play someone who just talks shit all game and doesn’t shut up and I can tell that’s exactly who you are ✌️

okay so I have one question here

If I have a route combo my opp can’t stop it, what do you think should happen when I spam it?

Imo, my opponent should actively change their defense

I think the biggest reason the game doesn’t look like NFL is because the player base doesn’t know enough  about football for that to happen

I answered this super in depth earlier, go back a bit and you’ll find it 😉 they should adjust but there also should be something that is exposing the offense because calling constant adjustments will do that. You’re alerting everyone on the field not just the receiver you’re hot routing

Never said you don’t obviously you know how to play the game if you’re top 100. But the change you propose basically gives bums film study because they can’t put 2 and 2 together and think hey this dude has done the same thing 3 times maybe I should adjust. Nah the game should just tell them because “realism”. Your logic is some of the worst I’ve ever heard there is no film study or practice before games, you load up and play. Users already don’t have much control over the game and the fact that you want to take more away and make the game less competitive than it is already is insane😭. You “realism” dudes are insufferable, nobody cares how you want to play the game if you wanna pretend it’s real life go ahead, but don’t force it onto others as well. It’s a game and always will be so have fun wasting your time trying to make changes happen that never will😂.

I literally have a friend that works there in a different department. I’ve had multiple group chats with one of his friends in madden and this is the one thing he’s asked me more and more about. How it would work, the notion behind it, everything. Ironically, Kurt Benkirk, has suggested something similar to them. He’s a former NFL player who’s a consultant for madden gameplay, how weird that another person who plays and wants real football would suggest something similar, meanwhile gamer4life here wants to play Madden not Football 😂
