i disagree. I understand the point of view though, it’s not impossible to compete with whales while being a gold fish. But it takes a bit of skill and adversity for sure. 

i can definitely respect and understand the frustrations and intent to not even try because it isn’t easy for sure

the 2 best wide receivers in the game are gold Xavier Worthy and Gold Donte Thornton

they are on every pro players teams and on god squads

there won’t be much of a difference until abilities come into play…

stats besides physicals dont seem to matter

on my god squad lineup crystal pat surtain with 90 man still gets smoked by Matthew Golden who has route running in the 70’s

It’s too easy for bums to roll out to the right and throw a dot 45 yards on the opposite side of the field in triple coverage and come down with the ball. Other than this stuff, it’s fun. 

People are right though, you can compete with low cards. I had an 85 overall o line and sold it all for a packers theme team line. Haven’t been able to tell any difference at all except I’m less pissed when I get sacked because they’re cheap cards.

Out of all the ultimate teams I was find that madden opponents have the most stacked team by far.

You sound like where I was 4 years ago, just burnt out. It’s the rinse and repeat cycle coupled with the fatigue of them pushing harder and harder on getting people’s cash. So I stopped playing and I didn’t miss it. Got the itch to play again this year and I’m really enjoying it, but I think the break was what I needed.

I’m running a saints TT without the elites and I just won a H2H Super Bowl. You don’t need the top cards, you need a good scheme on both offense and defense.

what scheme? everyone i play is cover 4 in some variation and i get screamed at

In my scheme I run gun tight wide, split close, split slot offset and flex trey.

If I’m getting blitzed heavy I go to flex trey - 5 wide is great for dotting blitz heavy people up.

Mesh crossers from tight open is good against st cover 4 as well. Also the auto motion plays from split slot offset and split close, get them following the motion and hit slants in behind. You gotta force them out of the coverage when they sit in the same one.

I use Jets PB.

see i do all that, but then they just switch to dollar cover 4 and everything is bagged, idk their adjustments but corners arent there, drags not there, nothing, its like im playing against a god ai

Don’t give them time to make all thier adjustments. Lab a few plays so you get comfortable with the reads and quick snap them. Don’t be afraid to take your checkdowns as well, a running back on a table route is a nice 4 yards. Don’t force it. Also, have a QB you can scramble with.

I wanna say Vick, just because I can't stand him and the way everyone worships him.  But, we don't need 350 pound HB's that can spin like tops either.  I feel OOP players should only be on D. A MLB Gronk is ok.
