…it’s that people can buy a good team, but still suck balls at the game. Better players don’t make better players. Learn the fundamentals of football kids. If you spent half the time learning football instead of watching YouTube for the latest glitch plays, you’d be good. Teams with 99 players losing their ass to teams with 91-92 players is embarrassing. You should be ashamed…mommy would be too!

You think you're playing football. You're playing Madden. Don't flatter yourself by arguing that if you treated Madden like a real NFL game, you have any shot of beating a user that runs exploits and cheese, especially with a pay-to-win lineup.
If you wanted to argue that an idiot with a 99 OVR team is going to be non-competitive, well, I have no argument there.

My question to the OP , how petty are you to post this about someone you beat . Also how would you know that they got there plays off of youtube uunless you also watch those videos . Also you don't think the NFL doesn't copy good plays from another team ? Do you think read option in the NFL became super popular at the same time coincidentally ?

I'm not the OP, and I've watched a handful of videos to understand how to beat cheese, but trying to keep up with it all is more of a chore than I care to invest my time in. With that...
Of course the NFL imitates good football plays. It's just a shame that stuff that would never work in the NFL works in Madden, and people copy that. The fact that users borrow from the best doesn't mean that users are good at football. It just means they're good at Madden.
My opinion about RPO is unique among most football fans. It may sound elitist and old school, but RPO plays leverage the physical over intelligence: You're trading in skill and football IQ for a coin-flip play. Guys like Kaepernick and Griffin III could never run an offense of the sort Peyton Manning or Tom Brady ran. Those quarterbacks were truly coaches on the field, and with comparable talent could do so much more than a guy who's running around like a chicken with its head cut off, and with a heart rate going too fast to sustain calmly reading a defense and throwing a dart on target that advances the ball downfield more efficiently. Of course, an RPO package is not commitment to a playbook filled exclusively with RPO concepts. However, I've struggled in games where my opponent calls literally 80% RPO plays, and the remaining plays were other exploits that attacked what you give up to defend the RPO within the limitations Madden imposes on such defense.
It takes no intelligence or skill to speak of to alternate between stretch runs, RPO Alert passes, and the occasional alternative cheat play to mix things up. But you can sure win a lot of Madden games without employing intelligence or skill.

You said it. It takes no intelligence and honestly that's most of this game. That's why an 8 year old can get on and put up 30+ throwing verticals all game

That is quite possibly the most infuriating thing about the game. In a situation where the one thing that has to happen is that you have to cover anything over the top, you input Coverage, Over the Top, and then you watch your opponent toss the ball to a receiver that has three steps on your cornerback because the cornerback didn't turn their hips until the receiver was running by them. But the game is filled with situations like this. And again and again I've lost games on plays where my defenders failed to react as instructed by the play and by the coaching.

Yep, that's competitive Madden for you. Defenders not doing anything you tell them to do and praying the AI actually does the job for once.

But do have a shot at beating them. By not going for it every 4th down and going for two points after every TD, it’s easier to win. I take my extra points, I pint when I have to, and yes, field goals are a thing. if You’re one of the people that play like the typical 10 year old, and I hurt your feelings, sorry bout that kid. Playing by the book DOES pay off, but it’s hard discipline yourself to do the right thing when every schmuck in the game just goes for it all the time, every time. I don’t need wins that bad. I play it for the experience. If the stupidity gets to be too much, I find another game.

From the sound of it, you're happy you beat a kid with a wallet. You sound like me, but with a bit of a Sith-like bent.
I'm having a little fun here, but really, if we play this game the way we're supposed to, we lose. Plain and simple. Getting a win against a knucklehead isn't satisfying when you'll get bludgeoned by a career gamer just waiting around the corner.
If that’s the way you have to play in order to have fun, so be it. I play it real. Beating someone by playing it straight, despite their glitch plays and god squad, is very satisfying
Im starting to think you guys don't know what glitch means
almost in champs in a week using a 89 over all team i started two weeks ago. once you shut down bunch y-trail and dig return most ebookers don’t have an adjustment.

What’s your problem kid? Thanks for following my posts, but leave me alone and find someone else to harass.

Then why don’t you define it
