Got wrongly banned for coin distribution, what are my options?

Woke up this morning to find my account banned and wiped of all its coins with a banner message about “coin distribution”. 

I have never been involved in coin distribution, but I did build & sell off a ton of the RR 97s yesterday for 450-500k each when the market spiked, so I’m guessing that’s why their system flagged me?

Am I just screwed? Gonna be impossible for me to do RPs now unless there’s a way to get it reversed. 😩

I’ve heard of people requesting arbitration but unsure how that process would go and wondering if anyone here can provide insight.

450k coins for a Redzone Royale 97?!! That was some serious Fear-of-Missing-Out.

First off, EA didn't manage the economy well this year, and the inflation led directly to market swings that are more volatile than they've ever been. This has resulted directly in a greater potential for false-positive bot-bans. Sorry that this happened to you.

If you go the arbitration route, the clock on Rookie Premiere would likely run out before resolution.

You'll need to start from the bottom: EA Help, get denied, escalate, write a letter. And maybe after all that, you'll have enough time left to complete the sets. The timeline is not favorable for you.

I do feel like I’m gonna get screwed on RPs given the timeline, though I did just realize I have like 60+ LTDs I can quicksell to buy coin packs and maybe that’ll be enough to get em done. Gonna be tedious though for sure lol.

How much do you think you made yesterday? I made 10 mil last night and was worried about the auto ban. Happened to me 2 years ago and it's a fucking joke to get it reversed. Took over a month and by that time the game was over. Boycotted last years outta spite.

TBH I felt like EA was gonna phone in this promo and copy/paste the set structure from last year so I spent Tuesday & Wednesday night stocking up on 93s and 95s for min. Also buying 98s under 120k and 99s under 200k for training rolls.

When training spiked I decided to just flip the 98s for 325k each, 99s for 500k each, and then built & sold however many RR 97s for around 450k.

Its so dumb that this is how EA’s ban system works. All I did was play the market well. 🤷‍♂️

EA is truly a garbage company.

Your absolutely right! You did play the market great. It's complete bullshit people that play the game within the rules get punished and EA gets no repercussions.  I'm sorry bro. Hopefully it will resolve quickly for you.

The LTD's will help.

As an additional option, the 95+ OVR Redzone Royale Player item sells in the store for 325,000 Training, so a pair of 96 OVR items and an 87 OVR item convert directly to a minimum 95 OVR. The worst-case total Training cost for 192 95 OVR Redzone Royales sums up to 62,400,000. Lock all of your LTD's and sort by Quick Sell Value to get a count of your items and see if you can muster the Training from your higher-OVR items.

damn man there was a time i was buying ted hendricks te for 337 and then i resold them for almost 700k each. at least 10 of them lol thank god im good but is that really against the rules? i feel like i didnt do anything wrong. i didnt buy 10 and resell 10 it was done slowly over a week or so but still. how is that against the rules? i knew ted was the best te and he price would go back up.

Damn, I’m scared to login today now. I had been buying 98’s and 99’s cheap over the last week just because I like to have a bunch of cards to choose from. When the market went nuts yesterday I sold a ton of stuff, also bought and sold for a couple hours making profits.

Started the day at 11 mil and ended the day at 35 mil + a couple cards I wanted and the pieces to make 2 RR 99’s.

🤞I didn’t get wrongfully banned as well.

Oof, you are basically stuck... by the time you're able to successfully navigate the EA binding arbitration process, it'll be time to move on.  My advice would be to take a couple/few months off, try to avoid the M26 hype machine, then maybe consider re-entering this madness around Black Friday or Christmas, or whenever you are feeling it.

THIS is the year we have a legit opportunity to vote with our wallets.  If the league grants EA another ~twenty years of exclusivity for NFL simulation fatball, all hope is lost.  They without a doubt do not deserve the $100 (or more) annually the majority of us are ponying up.

Here's a quick template i conjured up a couple/few years ago, when i was dealing with a similar scenario.  It's a dang miracle i managed to avoid the ban hammer this game year.  Please feel free to make some suggestions if you feel there's anything you want to add/change/remove, etc.  Please start by making a copy of the document, then you can just go through and fill out your account details, stuff it into an envelope and fire it off, using USPS Certified Letter, with Delivery Confirmation.  Probably cost you $6, or so.  You can also choose a private courrier, such as UPS/FedEx, but the costs will end up being significantly more, maybe in the $10-15 range.  None of these processes will be quick or painless.

You basically have to wait anywhere from 60-90 days.  Be sure to tell them that you cannot afford to pay for arbitration, which should force their hand.  No lawyer spent years sitting through law school so they could ultimately deal with us angry video game nerds.  Hopefully you'll be granted a "one-time exception" and the ban will be overturned.  However, that's not going to help yer quest for ongoing Rookie Premiers.

Did they actually strip your coins?  I've heard a bunch of mixed reports.  My coins never went away, i was able to spend them all.  Although without access to auction house, there's not much to spend on, except horrible coin packs -- which are even more limited than when i got banned.

EDIT:  I really thought the 20M+ coins i had squirreled away would be more than sufficient to crank out these Rookie Premiers, but my goodness the costs are way up.

If you make too much money too fast the ban bots will get you. The dipshits think the only way you could possibly make that much so quickly is from buying on third party sites.
