Sorry to hear about the ban, dealt with this already— you gotta act quick, appeal fast- you will get denied, send certified letter cost me about 15$, will take 2 weeks for them to response , follow the steps from above from that template , be prepared to play the waiting game…… it appears the bots are in rookie premiere just as they were in sugar rush.
