I got a pack; didn't pay attention to which it was; went to open it - got a server error, logged back in and the pack wasn't in the "Unopened Packs" section.

So I got screwed out of a pack altogether.

Just unlocked it and did not receive it either. Restarted my madden and still did not receive it. Hope it shows up or we get make rights on it. Or something. lol

hi everyone...i have 42410 out of 39000 points in genki rewards but it doesn't unlock the last 4 levels and i finished and completed all the objects...it doesn't unlock the 93 bnd pack, elevation badge and power points...does anyone have the same problem as me? Anyone can help me?

the field pass is so damn broken. it said I finished it but I didnt get the 93+ bnd, elevation pass, or power. so I kept playing and then a while later I got the 93+ bnd. so I kept playing and then a while later I got the elevation pass. this is when I looked at the field pass and even though it said I completed it I noticed it said I was however much xp short of the next reward, which explains why I didnt get the 93+ bnd and elevation pass initially. then I realized I had completed every objective except for the genki force h2h mode. that would only give me 2,000 more xp though and it said I was 2,500 xp short. THEN today after I buy a pack for the normal field pass I get TEN genki force xp and I noticed there was another level added to the field pass that gave some very low number of power. so basically I guess im never going to finish the genki force field pass. oh well. 125 power isnt worth much.

I just have to finish Genki Force H2H but Genki Rewards tells me I have more points than I need to finish level 17. I don't understand

i guess the level shown in the bottom line isnt correct. the level shown in the top left is correct and the rewards are given related to it.
