Like many others, mine finally popped up a few hours later. I did try restarting the game and the console which did nothing at first so I just thought to myself, "eh, whatever." Then after a 2-3 hours I was playing some solo battles and got all my rewards from that level and the 93+ BND was there. I opened and got 96 fusion Woolen. I don't really have a need for him, but i'm going to try him at WR.

This. I only received rewards according to the top left level, but bottom says I completed. But not enough xp remaining....
