Too many players in specialist positions can boot you out of games.

Probably, but i'm a bit of a Boomer when it comes to Discord... i almost rarely check it.  We just send messages on Playstation Network app, or text (SMS) messages, maybe Signal or Telegram if necessary.  Typically we have two windows to get some Squads play in:

• ~5pm(ish) or however soon people get done wr0k, til 8PM, then break for dinner/families, etc. before trying to reconvene later in the evening
• somewhere in the 10-11pm(ish) hour, until folks get tired / bored / frustrated

Anyway, just copied this from Discord, hopefully you can find me that way (userID): 704463684499406909, although i've never seen these digits before today, so no guarantees.  Did i mention i was a full blown Boomer when it comes to discord?  I friggin hate this shit, constantly dividing ourselves up into smaller and smaller categories.  I'd MUCH rather have a single "Madden Ultimate Team" forums where all players can go to share information, etc.  Not dozens upon dozens of individual special snowflake little communities each with their own version of Madden Ultimate Team discussions.  So silly.  Not to mention they are private, which means not easily searchable for information on the open web.

Stupid.  My last meeting probably runs til 6pm (Eastern) today, i'll start blowing things up on PSN app first chance i get.
