Cannot play a single online game without a desync
Have cleared all Film Study’s and always happens when opposition is running the ball
Haven’t finished a game in around 3 weeks

Check your wifi prior if it isn’t WiF, uninstall and install the game again could be a problem with a update that didn’t transfer over if it isn’t that then resort to sitting with EA Help team that doesn’t help
I’ve also heard of you run too many surges they can cause desyncs

Can you play any of the other game modes? What happens if you try to load into a game of Superstar KO or whatever the other (non-ultimate team) options are? How about Regs, can you play those games? Please run a speed test from your console. Then compare those results with something from your phone (or a computer), this site should help give you a general idea: https://fast.com/
At this point, you need to identify if it's an EA issue, or something related to your local network. I realize this isn't always possible, but if you have the ability to plug your console directly into a ethernet cable and test the game from there, as well. And last, but certainly not least, maybe try to rebuild your roster. Even if that means allowing the game to auto-generate a lineup for you, for testing purposes. Just to see if you can enter into a game.
How long do you last in a game before you Desync? I'm getting them nearly every single day, as well -- anytime i'm playing more than a couple/few hours, there's always a handful of Desyncs. Film Study is definitely a problem, but mine do NOT appear to be related to Film Study.
Happy to try and help troubleshoot, but you're going to need to collect more data and try to help us understand your situation.

Just played my very first game of House Rules today, my opponent had one drive, my very first run play, a simple I-form Stretch, boom DESYNC. 3-0 was the score. I snapped the ball, ran weak side and I was out.
So stupid. No Film Study, just shoddy EA servers being unreliable. My PS5 Pro console is hard wired via Ethernet and I typically get 500Mbps download and 50Mbps uploads from Sony's speed test.

Wifi is ok and I already reinstalled and made no difference
Not a fix, but years of desync data summarized in my post below...

I can get through 3 quarters some times and then it goes
It always when they are running the ball

Exactly how I was disconnected today, running the ball left of screen, manually changed direction (from right to left) pre-snap, hike... didn't even get to take two steps with my RB, Desync. Oh so sad.
Any other similarities? I'd love to figure out how to reproduce (or avoid) these scenarios.

Does always seem like they are running a stretch and I’m spamming the buttons to get a hit stick

Oh, okay... so you're mostly seeing disconnect when you are on defense? Could it be a result of certain (non-standard) roster combinations? I run a FB (Dawand) at TE and have my TE (Ted) as WR1. Then I audible down from five wide to I-form or whatever. Been doing it for months, not sure why the recent spurt of desyncs.

It’s your internet!!! And playing online over WiFi is already a mistake! I play everyday, been all year long and one desync. That was on me. Discovered a cat had chewed my power source to my main internet outlet.
I run hard wired (LAN) connection ALL DAY EVERYDAY! It’s faster and more stable!
Try getting rid of “relentless” it worked after I did that

I need to do this.
