It can be difficult to translate tone in these forums but the twitchpro guy bragging or not isn't wrong. It is much much easier this year to be no or low money spent and have ridiculous coin. I'm at 50 million which is a stupid amount to have before super bowl even hits. Zero chill and how easy some sets are to profit from here and there really hooked alot of us up. And like most of you said all these coins unfortunately don't mean your super good at madden but hey at least I can lose games with whatever cards I want rest of the way 😂

I've gotta side with phatal on this one. While twitchtaxpro is not the only source of good advice, he gave away free game that made us millions. He showed me how to search and flip, for instance, its drying up now but for the past 2 weeks, i made 2 mil off zc DK and Gronk. Easy money no sweat. Doesn't mean im bragging, it just is what it is. And maybe he has swayed us to buy things in his favor but everyone benefits. I think he gets a pass if he's perceived as jerk here and there. Just my 2 cents

I think whales can have a huge impact on the market. there are so many cards this year with limited supply of 5 or less at any time. Lots of those cards are not actually good cards statistic wise over any other card relative to overall, so why do they hold that value? I think they can keep high value cards high for longer, which for the minnows out there that have to save for a month to afford a 2 million coin card, that can be devastating for the users experience. You see that on these forums every day, people complaining about cost of LTDs and such or how they can't enjoy their theme teams because the best players are too expensive.

If you compare MUT 26 with previous MUT's, the biggest driver for inflation probably isn't relisting items on the Auction House, but rather the persistent adjustment to Event rewards doling out massive Coins (or Coins-equivalent) following "Flawless Runs". Increased Daily Rewards and Weekly Rewards (41,000 Coins for completing 21 Daily Objectives, not counting value from Daily Coin Pack and Random Strategy Item) probably make for a third significant contributor to inflation.
I get that people want to play MUT without having to invest time in the Auction House. At the same time, the inflation itself makes coin-making strategies easier, as the market swings are much greater than in past MUT's. A little discipline should help you reach a Coins balance that will facilitate building a lineup that can rotate high value players from lineup to market and back. Once you're there, just a few minutes per MUT session will likely help you keep up with the ongoing power creep.

that was some great insight, truly. my only thought leaving is, is this reasonable expectations for children or young adults to be able to understand and enjoy the game as well? This game should not be tailored to economic majors, it's a sports game after all, and I've been around long enough to see many aspects of the football game I enjoy taken away for the improvement of this new coin generator based game.

The Auction House does introduce a significant twist into the team building aspect of the game, and casual players will not wish to engage to the degree needed to be competitive with those who are: 1) Fluent in the MUT economy, 2) Spending significant cash on the game, or, 3) Employing exploits in the head-to-head experience. I would venture to guess that the 80/20 rule applies to MUT: 20% of the users log 80% of the total hours logged on MUT's servers.
I, like so many, do wish that EA would improve the football aspects of Madden. If Madden were more like football, I think more users would be able to stomach a little more Auction House grinding.
MUT's not for everyone, whether you enjoy the experience playing head-to-head or solo. But it is frustrating to be driven from a mode because of subtle changes over time. I'm hanging on by a thread by reason of the toxicity that exists due to the present "Flawless Win" model being applied to head-to-head Events.

This is another one of those copy/paste jobs from College Football -- they began beta testing those BND pack offers, i think during CFB25 cycle, and they're everywhere now. Both across MUT and CFB26, which is truly unfortunate. Especially when paying actual Madden Points, it's ridiculous to receive any BND or account locked cards. This shit is going to continue to get worse before it gets any better. Bleh.
I made a killing in prior years off those PSN Tournaments, basically paid for my entire next game cycle, at full retail price. Sadly, they changed the payouts, it's not exclusively Madden Points, where in past years we could earn PSN credits, that could be used on anything, any new games, or content of our choosing. Ahh well.

All I know is I message and posted on his comments several times and got crickets. Nothing. And then I make a post about the epic stamina card and he responds saying how much better the legendary stamina card is... And then writes an hour later bragging that he made 2.9 mil on the one that was posted in AH for 5 mil. LMAO you guys go ahead and keep feeding.
You just need to be strategic with bnds...I like to bnd o line that way I can spend my coins on the more meaningful positions.

man, if you think a post on mut.gg affects the market you don't understand the market. i don't hide information or gatekeep it bc sharing it doesn't impact anything. the way the filter system works and the way it randomly shows you cards that are posted in 1 minute or 5 minutes makes the market very stable and open for anyone to play.

no one is hoarding these, they are just low volume sellers so they don't get posted or built often.
