Be Honest, where did you get your scheme

Yeah, the events are goofy sometimes. It always amazes me how guys seem to have these ace-in-the-hole plays that get exactly 30 yards on a wide open deep ball when doing so gives you a point or two to kneel out the game. Not being able to run at Double Mug because of the stupid Hit Stick scoring was absolutely a setup for cheesing.

They definitely are, although not everyone who runs a meta formation got their scheme from YouTube. I come out in bunch x nasty every time, which I guess you could say I got from watching the MCS, but the specific plays and the other four formations that I audible to I can up with through trial and error. Defense I came up with in Madden 21 and have only ever used the same scheme with some minor changes to adjust for gameplay changes

I find this question rather funny. I coached at the high school level and was both a coordinator and head coach. I had a ton of success. I didn’t create my own offense. I went to successful programs and learned it, I bought the Delaware wing t book and studied it. I spent quality time with Norv Turner. Long story short I took things I learned from others and used them. Now, due to a career shift I don’t coach football anymore and Madden helps fill that void (poorly at most times, but alas). I know what I like to run, but I also confer and find information on YouTube. That doesn’t make me any less of a man, or someone without honor. I’d put my football bonfides up against anyone’s short of Berkhart. I prefer to play football, but when my opponent starts the cheese fondue I know how to match it and embarrass them. Madden isn’t football it’s a facsimile of the game. Sometimes you need an answer that the YouTube guys already have readily available.

That’s fair. Nothing wrong with running meta imo. Out of all the people I play who run Bunch, very few can actually run the offense well so it is what it is. Also nothing wrong with your scheme being inspired by YouTubers or Pros. At the end of the day, who wouldn’t want to learn the game from the best players? I personally run Gun Empty Trey which I learned from watching Seeve, an upcoming pro player.

A lot of short passes to slot WR, TE, and RB. I've had to actively train myself to stretch the field to become harder to defend.

Been playing madden since I got a sega genesis for Christmas in ‘93. Still have the game cartridge.

I answered ebook as the origin was Antcap from huddle gg but I have evolved it and made it my own.  

Huddle GG does a great job at teaching and explaining the concepts and reasons why things work.

This is the correct mindset to have.

I work with kids, a lot of teens. I have Madden tourneys for them at times. I usually don’t jump in but this one kid was mouthy as all get out and dominating the kids. When he won it all we had a special game. I cooked him 42-6. He couldn’t quit without looking weak. It was priceless.

Watching the top pros. Some put out simple adjustments or tips.

I use my own just off what a ran off previous maddens. But I hadn’t played in 3-4 years.
