Be Honest, where did you get your scheme

I'm not gonna lie - when I started playing MUT regularly (2017/18) I knew less than nothing about offense/defense schemes, reading defenses, route combinations, calling plays, etc.  

I've been a football and Patriots fan since I was a kid but I never played and for years really only watched Patriots games.  It wasn't until the early 2000s when my interest in football started to grow and I got Sunday Ticket and surrendered my Sundays to the NFL - still, I had never played Madden until 2015 and I skipped 2016

All that being said, I watched several You Tube videos early on, mostly focused on Patriots playbooks, learned some things, found some plays that I liked and started using those.

Now, I know next to nothing about playing Madden/MUT but that's an improvement over less than nothing and I have You Tube to thank for it.

Made my own using Coaching Suggestions lol. Started trying new plays then using the offensive set of plays that worked

It's like the "toss up a bomb, click on the receiver and knock the hell out of the DB and catch the ball". of course, no pass interference. How many of you came up with that on your own?

 I made my own defense this year that's pretty crazy too. Full of hot routes and some very unique settings which make it play very well. Adjustments that ive never seen anyone make. Id honestly like to give it too a pro and see what they could do with it.

Any playbook recommendations? I love running the ball and playing ground and puns, but am not good at it

holy crap the amount of lies on this thread is crazy . If your on these forums you are not a casual , if your not a casual you watch either videos , clips or live streams . There might be some REGS guys who run regular plays and pray but the rest of you liars are getting the majority of your plays/offense and or defensive schemes from another source .

Of course - the NFL is a "copy cat league" as they say. But this is a video game - where people's "scheme" involves positioning players in a specific way to manipulate the coding and logic of the CPU defenders. Where 3 down linemen with 8 DBs can stop a power run game if you click a couple of buttons pre snap and have the right abilities on your players. 

Your point isn't incorrect, it's just not relevant or applicable, hence my original comment. But you were obviously offended by OP's question, and can't handle any opposition to your self justification. But yeah man, sure, whatever you gotta tell yourself.
