Inside Stuff is a great option to help stop the run. It works well on a DT in the middle of the field and it's even better when you run two Inside Stuff players on your defensive line. That way both players are very unlikely to be double teamed. Not having to worry about inside runs allows you to focus on other aspects of the game and will significantly improve your defense overall. To increase Inside Stuff's effectiveness, you can crash your defensive line towards the run.
