I did the 74 scouting pack one time and got nothing.. the 74 loading pack spews elites. Last 2 I got 2 80s, 1 81 and 1 83 (Dickson punter) plus 3 78s and 2 79…

it should be 200 coins per pt at a minimum. 25% of the offers give 100 coins per offer, 70% give less, but 5% or so give 200+ expecter ROI....if you only buy …
