EA doesn't care about you. Once you've opened a fantasy pack the contents will never change. Delete the game or pick a card and move on.
My gut tells me ea will add the two new genkis to sets when their pack time runs out
They'll be like, here you go, but only after they've collected all the pack money they can and screw over the guys holding 2m cards that now become 500k cards

A lot of the stats require it be a seasons or solo battles game at least. Just do solo battles on rookie or amateur seasons games

If you haven't spent the points and you're on Xbox just call support and they'll refund you and you can keep the pts
