I would do reinforcement personally but if youre going up against run way more than pass than RS may be better

Str and weight used to but abilities will beat out almost any other factor

D > O abilities.  If youre running Vang, PU, 1 Omni, 1 linchpin, SP, All day... thats all you can do.

Lynch is 220lbs, which is higher on the weight not OOP.  Are you going against bigger guys that are OOP rb/wr?

A few things and abilities help. Weight helps a bit too.  Enforcer supreme, form tackle, extra pop, avalance all help
