If I read the description correctly though...its 2AP, you get it for 1 play then it takes 12 plays to charge up again??

Its probably another 2 week temporary XFactor
They seem to do it with every promo now, to only give cards a 2 week lifespan

We lose the duration to use the players though...the players released Tuesday get 2 a day window before promo strat and discounts expire
