Try changing the sort on your abilities screen of the lineup builder (press LT/L2). This should work.

Try changing the sort at the screen you would normally expect to see the players with abilities in your lineup. It's a stupid bug this year.

Yeah, like Eagles suggested, if you change the sort then it should show all of your players. It's an annoying bug.
