93 reduxes won’t come out until 94 is the level for regular, non LTD, cards. They release all reduxes for a level at once.

It was giving out a free 92 Rashan Gary, but I think it was patched fairly quickly to stop that.

Reduxes come out when the regular overall moves up. We won’t see 93 reduxes until regular, non LTDs, are all 94s. I’m guessing the overall will be moving up …
