I’m pretty sure they will be the LTDs since they will be 98s. The free card in the welcome pack is supposed to be Micah Parsons which can be upgraded to 97.

Any that you had upgraded before the last captain chem update. If you downgraded them then they max out at 2X. If they weren’t upgraded, they max out at 2X.
