The question is - why does EA support not know that, and why are the linked accounts showing in EA not matching the Twitch usernames anymore?

Also haven’t gotten multiple “team pass” rewards - including 2 XP tokens. EA is a total group of frauds.

All I can suggest is that everyone with the issue, open tickets with both EA and Twitch to get the issue looked at more closely

Yes. Manjeet would not answer that question for me, as when I went to unlink, it warned me that I wouldn’t be able to link it to another account.
