New Crystal players were released in MUT today: 99 OVR LTD Jaylen Waddle, 98 OVR Lane Johnson, and 98 OVR Will Johnson. This batch of Crystal players is different from the previous releases since they can be upgraded and unlock any Crystal Chemistry from a previous release, but be aware, completing the sets to get the upgrade tokens will come at a cost. Crystal Motivator Chemistry
Unlike in all previous Crystal releases, players from today's release CAN be combined with players from previous Crystal releases for Crystal Chemistry. However, the new Crystal players need to be upgraded to unlock their Crystal Chemistry Buckets. Upgrading today's new Crystal players requires upgrade tokens earned by completing sets (previous section). It does not seem like it will be cheap to complete the Crystal sets, specifically the LTD one.
Once a new Crystal player has been upgraded with an upgrade token, Crystal Chemistry Buckets from all previos releases will be unlocked. Champions require 1x Crystal Champion upgrade token, while LTD Jaylen Waddle requires 1x Crystal Redux and 1x Crystal LTD upgrade token to unlock x3 component buckets of all previous Crystal Chemistries.
