Pause Glitch in my Playoffs? Is this exclusive to Playoffs/Superbowls?

This is the third time I've been pause glitched in Playoffs/Super Bowl, never in mut champs or regular season.

Is there any way around this? I pressed resume before he quit, then he quit and now its stuck on the pause menu.

Other 2 times it happened, I closed the game and restarted - got the L both times

Any help/info would be appreciated

It could be a glitch with the game, maybe your opponent didn’t try to do it but it accidentally happened? Idk
