Has anyone encountered the bug where i cant activate the 2 AP route tech for the fully upgraded Santonio Holmes? It says achieve 97 agility but with the 63/60 Steelers TT i have 99+3 agility and still wont let me activate it. 😒🤬

So whats the point of defining such stats if the player cant achieve them anyway? Tipically EA 🤦♂️🤡

Sadly, "stock" *stat is what they go by. Which is why pure ability matters more than any strategy card boost can give

Just use grab-n-go. It's HS for every post catch so the only thing less than HS would be running the ball or kick returns with him.

The +3 means that you'd need to subtract three, from the total, to show the base Agility value, which is unfortunately just 96. Same with a lot of our DBs (or pass rushers), they set these minimum thresholds so ridiculously high that we're still waiting for discounted Double or Nothing and/or Deep Zone KOs on the majority of new cards released. EA always gate-keeping the good stuff.
However, if you want Route Tech, you could definitely apply 1AP Slot-O-Matic, which should get you some of that improved route running (and pass catching, as a bonus), albeit on more limited areas of the field, whereas Route Tech will improve your first cut anywhere on the field, not just "short slot route" types, or however the description reads. If all else fails, Short In Elite is a great alternative, IMO.

The route typically means where that first cut is, so corner routes from a TE or Slot will often have their first cut inside the numbers. You'd be amazed how often you see that player light up with the abilities.
I almost always prefer Short In Elite and Slot-O-Matic over the others. Route Tech is nowhere near as good as in prior game years.
