We've all seen how offensive linemen stand around unoccupied and are unfazed as loop blitzers dash between them and another lineman. The key to glitch logic is identifying why the lineman isn't triggered to engage. Presumably there's an area within which the lineman engages, but that's no doubt modified to acknowledge the subtleties that come with handling lineman stunts. If yours is like the one I saw, I suspect that it has a lot to do with the interaction taking place between the offensive tackle and the defensive tackle. If the results seem to vary, you're probably targeting a particular push from the tackle that causes Madden's logic to count the stunting defensive end as the offensive tackle's assignment, and not the interior lineman's.

A related item, since you mention pressure, is that Fearless doesn't seem to work 100% of the time, which is a real bummer. 4 AP is a lot to pay for 'sometimes avoids a catastrophic result'.

"Evidence" in this case requires the source code and clear evidence of what the code is accomplishing, and why. So the bar to clear here is tremendous from a legal standpoint, and it's nigh impossible to prove damages extend into the millions of dollars required to justify such an intensive effort in discovery.

The strange thing is that if someone slips and falls on a clean floor, or if someone inhales talcum powder, the right legal team and an unfriendly court and jury can cost a company millions.

TL;DR: A lack of legal precedent, technical hurdles, practicality, and significant legal fees make this impossible to prove in court. But the existence of so many negative experiences following a peculiar pattern is the reason the accusation withstands the efforts of some to pooh-pooh it.

if the user is muggin and then running back into coverage that will throw the linemen off it shouldn’t happen as often but this year they added the un target defender and helps a lot so you need to learn these different things and you can make people pay for being overly aggressive. 

I do think it sucks that some things take so many adjustments if some one is spamming plays the AI should be able to pick it up but then that is where skill comes in knowing how to adjust. EA has done decent with all you can do this year to help with bs blitz’s compared to years past

Thank you, but I knew all of this, and it didn't apply. This wasn't a free rusher marked with the fire icon. It involved an unoccupied offensive lineman and a stunting defensive end that went behind the defensive tackle. The offensive lineman did not engage. At all. It was very similar to the way the Loop Blitz used to function, but it seems that that has been somewhat patched.

You have to slide protect your line away from your rb this will make him pick up the d end and usually will help. There was a really good blocking video on here from huddle.gg you just have to find it from a few weeks back. 

The line will definitely dumb out at times but you can block it just have to know exactly what way to slide your protection and use ID the mike and the un target feature

Just go to empty blocking and/or run a PA play from gun and set up your routes. There are real things wrong with this game. This is just a lack of knowledge.

Well here’s the easiest way to beat it then ready super easy quick snap the ball and make your reads. If someone has to do a bunch of stuff to make it work don’t let them have time to. 

Now If you were complaining how the damn qb contains just don’t work for years now I’d agree with you but for the most part the blocking adjustments they have added give you all the tools you need to block anything or beat it with quick snaps and reads

As implemented in MUT, stunts are simply another opportunity for the game to calculate randomly that a pass rush attempt is successful. However, I watched this happen on two downs in a row with such efficacy (and lack of any attempt by my offensive lineman to engage them) that I am inclined to think this was more than RNG.

Anyway, so glad you could come here and outline exactly what the apparently obvious counter is to stunts in general, apart from a specific stunt that looks to be outright broken. Have a great evening.

Have you tried using any of the pass blocking adjustments or changing your pass pro to “base blocking” in coach adjustments. Also a stunt usually means there’s no outside contains. Just run away
