I put my lineup and take plays I like to run out of the books I choose. Then I put all that into chat GPT this year. Some stuff works well, and helped me make decisions on how I run it, but I requested to stay off meta and get answers according to my play style.
titans off. 4-3 def. every year go through titans playbook and favorite the most unique formations aka the formations that are usually only in titans or under 5 other playbooks.
I pick playbooks I like and go with that for the majority of the year. My defense hasn’t changed since S1. My offense playbook has changed 2x. I watch YT & Twitch for certain tips and see what other people are doing, I’ll incorporate something if I like it and fits my style. But I have no interest in running the same thing everyone else does just to get wins, that’s boring & lame to me.
I see nobody is being honest
I always run a Niner theme and always use the Niner offensive playbook since it’s similar to the plays the Niners use in real life. In the start of the year there’s always a select few plays that I feel good about.
Then as the year goes on I just try and make sure I go through each formation and pick a new play while playing H2H. Then from there I just try and remember plays I like.
Im terrible at reading coverages and shit like that so I might need to do the skills challenge shit. Been playing Madden since ‘08, so I get by. Only time I check outa YT video is just to see which QB has the best release or to find any tips for the market.
Kind of a mix tbh cause if you watch any madden content you are bound to pick up certain plays/adjustments here and there. But I’ve ran 90% Trips TE since madden 16 so you kinda just get comfortable and it’s always a top 3 formation anyways so it’s better to just be really good with it than to switch up for something that might be marginally better in theory. With defense if you aren’t running the latest “glitch blitz”, scheme doesn’t really matter as much as being able to learn an opponent’s tendencies during the actual game to make 1-2 timely stops/turnovers.
I usually start playing MUT a bit into the year after starting in regs. This year I started a few weeks before MF. I developed my scheme to beat the meta while also requiring as few high end cards as possible.
Defensively I run a heavy man blitz scheme and the pressure comes from a blitzing LB. So the DL isn’t as important as long as the block shed in the run game. Focused all my coin on DBs and AP all went to man.
Offensively I went heavy on QB run. Focused on QB speed and run blocking. Until the patch late November, QBs didn’t fumble as much. I was able to attack mid blitz and then 3-2 loopers with a QB blast/RPO bubble scheme.
Won all my h2h events since MF and use the from selling the event card to boost my team.

True though I'm strictly offline make presnap adjustments that's it
99% YouTube MCs ebooks as evidence ms in every game you play everyone’s eyes are not lying to them stop saying you made it up
1% of people actually just picked random plays and made them work
Why people gotta lie so much even on the internet? Nobody knows you bro it’s ok 👌🏼

ill 1 up you, my defense hasn't changed since madden 24 lmao
Some of these plays you learn organically just by playing online. You don't need an ebook or watch YouTube to see that each person you're playing against is running mug blitzes. Players see concepts that work over and over then add them to their game.
I've used the same play book (Packers) for years, I generally use the same plays and add a few new ones each Madden release. The one that don't work get tossed. It's pretty easy to figure out what works and doesn't just by jumping in the online fray.
Came up with my own find a playbook that I like and go to huddle.gg and study it and then go into practice mode and see how my players run the routes
Honest I got about 7 or 8 different playbooks in my collection, some I’ve seen are good but I don’t even use em, I choose not to watch videos of any playbook unless I am truly struggling but it doesn’t get to that point anymore, I did it in CFB 26 cuz I was struggling to find literally anything on offense but on Madden I’ve been using different playbooks and been liking it so far, going to a Ravens, Cowboys, and Giants triple Theme team so far I got 15+ for all teams. Using Raven offense and defense but might go to Giants defense to test it out.
