I mean every single h2h game? It’s always when the opponent does a run play. I can play an offensive series just fine but as soon as they run a running play….stutter then desynch. This seems to have just started today…..I’ve had the occasional desych in the past but this seems like something new.
I’ve noticed it has something to with Milton Williams and if you user him on a run play
I don’t have Milton. I’ve been swapping players and removing abilities all day - no luck yet.
There have been at least two threads in here about this in the past two weeks. Here is one:
https://www.mut.gg/forums/forum/mut-discussion-10/topic/non-stop-desync-in-house-rules-56712/
A search function on this forum would be extremely helpful.
I wouldn’t have posted the question if I hadn’t exhausted all my research. The only similarity in those threads is that people are getting desynchs. Not that it only happens when they’re on defense and the other team does a run play. The only game I completed was when the other guy passed all game. Anytime someone runs, it desynchs. No Film Study. I removed ALL abilities at one point and when that didn’t help, I swapped out my defense. It’s been a long day of repetitive bs and I’ve got a headache

The team feels Google search does a better job.
You can just Google "mut gg desync" for example and see all the results.

There are many causes of desyncs, I minimized the issue for myself from the start of the year through the following:
1. Hard wired my console vs having it on wifi
2. Configured my DHCP lease to at least 2 weeks vs 24 hours
3. Avoid using xbox guide when connected in an online game, do not even check messages
4. Avoid using film study as an ability
5. If opponent has film study, avoid triggering it by changing up my play calling
6. Pray you don't have any other interference as EA Sports games are notoriously flakey when it comes to net code. The smallest hiccup or slightest interference can cause you to desync or lose connection completely.
too bad Ea doesn't give a damn to fix anything.
Noticed it when I was using relentless as well. Took off film an relentless been good ever since

Good point, your method works WAY better than mine. I overcomplicated things by using Google's advanced Search function to limit time frame to past year, which results in Google "omitting results" for some reason (below).
End result was only returning four results based on the following search for 'desync'. https://www.google.com/advancedsearch?asq=desync&asepq=&asoq=&aseq=&asnlo=&asnhi=&lr=&cr=&asqdr=y&assitesearch=mut.gg&asocct=any&as_filetype=
Reason: typo

Same here. I’m hardwired, have done everything recommended, including taking off film study. Happens every time the opponent runs. Never happens to me on offense

What’s aggravating is that this just started. Never heard of “desynch” until last week…maybe about the time of Rising Stars….. 🤔

I've always found it simple enough to just search this way
site: mut.gg desync
You put that in Google and you'll only get results back from this site containing desync.

My desyncs increased this madden and the list I provided above was how I improved my experience. It got so bad that it was happening 1/3 games daily. Now I very rarely experience a desync.
