LTD's

For those who have pulled LTD's, what are you pulling them from? Training re-rolls? Packs?

The vast majority are being pulled from spending real $$$. There are very few being pulled from training and coin packs. EA has made the odds extraordinarily slim without spending real life monies…

Packs odds are the worst they've potentially ever been.  I clearly recall dumping 10-15M+ Training into whatever program specific reroll was going on at the time and NOT getting a single LTD.  As was already pointed out, even pay pigs are only getting a small (often 30% chance or less) to pull a decent card, when spending real cashmoneymillionaire.

EA's green knows no bounds, typically you'd just want to stack coins and purchase the LTDs you want from the auction block.  Buying coin packs are a huge waste of resources and typically rerolls are not worth the chase.  Sorry that doesn't answer your question, but basically nobody is pulling these rare cards, which is why they're constantly many millions upon millions of coins.

I pull quite a lot of packs cuz I just don't have the time anymore to grind like I used to. I have not pulled a ltd besides the easter eggs. Even the opportunity packs where it's like a 97 or 99 give out the lowest way more often. Odds are horrible.

Coin/Training pack odds are by far the worst they have ever been.  Like @peatrick I have opened 10's of thousands of these packs and haven't pulled 1 LTD outside of presents/eggs.  Only LTD pulls I have had were out of point packs.

This year I’ve pulled LTD’s only from Presents and Eggs. It’s been the same for everyone else, which is why most of the Present and Egg LTD’s had a net profit on auction only 50-200k higher than their quicksell value.

It's silly to blame the user-base for a problem that EA (or most modern video game companies) have created.  Textbook case of how and why monopolistic powers are bad... so much for existing in Freedomland.  We barely even have the illusion of choice at this point, everything is so beyond corrupt and broken.

Even us gamers... constantly pointing the finger at one another, rather than rallying together and taking some type of collective action.  At the end of the day, everyone is paying for it one way or another -- some people with credit cards, others with attention and engagement, by logging countless hours with an objectively bad, broken, buggy ass mess of a game.  Yer just as guilty as the pay pigs, my friend.

Paid packs and even those will min out almost always. Outside of presents and eggs I think the last time I pulled was a Tyreek Cheetah AKA and that was one of those sets that might bless you in a blue moon. Been so long I can’t even remember if that’s 25 or 24 😂

That was a MUT 25 innovation. That mechanic really threw off the pricing for all AKA items for months. I never tried building those sets hoping for a quicksell because I never had a clear idea of what the odds were for pulling an LTD. Then EA killed off the quicksell chance, and everything from AKA fell in line with standard pricing.

Haven't pulled an LTD all year, and open quite a few packs. I spent some points tryna get pat pete and bought both opportunities, but didn't get him. Packs are worse and get worse every year. LTDS and GTs are never attainable until there outdated

Right, but like you just said. Until we rally together and do something about it, they don’t have to change. So what are you doing to help create that change?

I’m putting the game down, outside of buying my 2 1 coin packs and playing a solo battle to do the daily objective a couple times a week I’ve almost completely put them game down and even though I’ll buy CFB and Madden because I’m a die hard football fan, this is likely my last year of ultimate team because of how pay to win it has shifted. 

It shifted to pay to win, because there’s enough people willing to do so. The finger can be pointed at EA or the pay pigs, but you sure as hell can’t point it at the no money spent squads 😆

See how badly we're all broken and damaged? I'm putting the game down... is what you're saying. Yet you still log in to engage with the content every day and keep up with your dailies.

You're still intending to give EA money for the yearly roster updates to BOTH games?

"every couple days" isn't keeping up on dailies. At this point it's a sunk cost fallacy issue, Believing I've spent too much time building a team just to not use it. 

Yes, I'm gonna buy the game next year. I still believe spending 60$ on something because it's my only option if I want video game football is a lot better than $1000 just to say I was a competitive player. However, if you're not actually MCS comp. You might as well just burn that money cuz it was a waste. Odds are you only pull 3 LTDs on the year anyways. 

Again, how you justify blaming no money spent players for ruining pack odds is just crazy work, but whatever helps you sleep at night bud
