You can go to EA help but I don’t think that will work very well. You can try though.
Yeah I fear you’re cooked. I recently got banned and coin wiped because I accidentally placed a 2,711,111 bid on the green M Allen RB thinking it was 271,111 using the companion app. I appealed 3x with screenshots showing how easy it is to make that mistake/oversight because of the lack of commas on the app. They didn’t care - EA help is zero help and denied all 3 of my appeals. That was an accident on my part, you knew you were transferring coins, so good luck getting them to overturn it.
i don’t know how strict they are these days but I used to be fairly ignorant of their coin distribution rules. I got hit with a temporary ban for like a week or so but they did eventually lift it. They might be harsher on first time offenders these days if you are legitimately one so that’s tough if you can’t get it worked out. The bright side is you can actually go play a better game now and stop giving EA any more of your time and money.
This the best reply I’ve gotten lol

I acknowledged I broke the rules, I also didnt realize I was when I did. Sorry I didn’t think it had to be so black and white?
And just a heads up, the above is not an accurate statement. So please don't bank your freedom on that assumption. Trespassing could very easily get you in real trouble, regardless of you knowing that you are trespassing or not....
But to answer your original question, i agree with most.. Its going to be really difficult, and almost a 0% chance they do anything about it... But good luck, as i know how long it can take to build up coins...
Ignorantia legis neminem is the term. Ignorance of law excuses no one. Not ignoranus my fellow MUT degenerates but that may be passable when dealing with EA. In this case since it isn’t the law we are dealing with. So perhaps Caveat emptor is also relevant. Buyer beware.
It’s not unheard of for EA to pick certain dates (season changeovers being one) to reinstate privileges. Never got so lucky myself. EA help, as others have mentioned, is really your only option and that is often fruitless. The best advice I can give is to remain cool, calm and collected in the process. While picking your words very carefully. Several guys on here have had success with a good old fashioned snail mail offer to reach an amicable resolution. Reading what the TOS has to say on the matter may be beneficial to you. If you have not already. Good luck.
Now I’ve got “I’m just a bill on capitol hill” stuck in my head.
edit: I have no excuse for my lack of excusat
2nd: why did no one call me out?
Reason: Oops. Guess I’m the idiot

Agree, I think if you rob a few banks you should get a warning when you finally get caught. The US prisons are overcrowded, I am sure if you release the all of the first time murderers and rapists it'll help solve the problem, all they needed was stern warning not to do it again, people are smart they will have learned their lesson.
I got my ban overturned by sending a letter to their legal department asking for arbitration. They didn't want this smoke and reinstated me like two weeks later. Probably only works once though.
Unfortunately it’ll be an uphill battle because even if you didn’t know they don’t usually reverse those decisions.
Live and learn. If you move coins you have to do it in ways EA doesn't see it over the table.
Would be nice if they had some sort of system where you could exchange coins with one account.
I would like to hook my brother up with coins from time to time also, but I’m sure they don’t want people farming all of the passes and challenges on multiple accounts.

dont waste your time, they are not gonna remove the ban
you’re pretty lucky they just took the coins. I’ve been banned fully for coin distribution before even though I never sold or bought coins lol.
They’ll also clock ya for selling cards too high which is what got me even though it was his price at the time 🤷🏼♂️
Probably won’t do anything. If you’re playing an EA game. At some point you accepted their TOS. In there includes coin distribution. EA don’t give a shit about their community let’s be real. They a money hungry company.
