Or do, go talk to them ten times and record the responses and compare to see how many closely resemble one another. Typically it will be, "we have investigated your account and no action will be taken. The decision was correct."
And they don't actually have the power, intellect or ambition to investigate anything. I assure you, banging your head against your desk would be a significantly better use of your time, at least you'd learn to stop banging yer head and not get yer hopes up thinking it'll resolve yer in-game issues. Might even knock some sense into ya in the process.

They are just there to waste your time, and I know that, that’s just the easiest way but defenitely not the best. You would be better asking a bug outside than EA help. I guess you could send a letter to EA, but that seems like a little much for digital currency.
Ok. One more today since I have a question for EA and maybe you all can speculate with me. Why would a company want to entrap its customers? Wouldn’t you want to do everything you can to ensure a fun and positive game environment/experience that encourages players to build their account up? This seems a far better strategy not only for your current users but fosters and reinforces new users by word of mouth, reputation and positive experiences. If You give a person the option to list a card for 10 million and then punish them for doing so you are entrapping them. To hell with YOUR problems with coin sellers. They aren’t OUR problem. Are we to the point we can assume EA is using this to make $$? Why am I and others this upset? Because this is the game environment you have created, nurturing and fostered. I’m not blaming you for the actions of individuals but merely the state of MUT as it directly applies to your willful design.
Using coin wipes to bolster your live services is straight baloney and as I’ve stated before makes people think and feel you are taking advantage of them. As a somewhat larger game developer you should be able to do better. I guess the reality is EA is not a top tier developer anymore. They are a 2nd tier developer. Don’t know how you phrase it but there is a clear gap between them and the upper echelon. Why would an organization like the NFL not want to work with the best? Why would they hold themselves back Like that?
Guess I wasn’t done rambling yesterday but maybe I got it all out in one today. I apologize for misleading the 2-3 people who will skim this. I additionally apologize for leaving lots of words out. I truly didn’t know how much I do that. I’m sure that makes things difficult to understand but when I screw up a Latin phrase someone should call me out. How many words did I miss this time? C’mon boys and girls where’s that fire? Let’s not talk about punctuation though.
