Coin Distribution Coin Removal

Recently I had 3 million coins wiped off my account for coin distribution. I shared coins with my brother not realizing this was against EA policy. This is easily verifiable as all of my transactions have been to the same single account. Is there any way to appeal this for a first time offender? Or is there anyone at EA I could reach out to for legitimate help? The appeal process has been of no use.

i apologize and had not realized i was putting my account at risk, I was merely trying to help my brother out as I have much more free time than he does.

nothing you can do, they are really strict when it comes to selling / gifting coins

Yeah but if you trespass somewhere without knowing you’re trespassing, do you automatically get thrown in jail? No. 
I acknowledged I broke the rules, I also didnt realize I was when I did. Sorry I didn’t think it had to be so black and white?

You can open a ticket at help.ea.com. It's an uphill battle and takes time. But that's the avenue if you want to try. Good luck with it!

“Lucky”? I’ve spent hundreds on this game and have no prior issues. It’s a two way street, I’m sure they’re appreciative of the revenue I give. I don’t understand the benefit of leaving this comment?

Why are you not understanding? Whether you knew it was a rule or not you broke it and like the other poster said, you're lucky you can still play on your account.

I’ve had a previous account banned years ago for working the auction house. So yes. you’re lucky to still have access to your account and team for violating the terms and agreements.

Legend told you to contact support didn't he? What do you want people to do? Nothing anybody says can change it. You broke the rules man, do the crime do the time.
